Heavy Duty spec:

 

Gate framework: 40 x 40 box section

Cross rails: 40 x 10

Infill bars: 16mm sq

 

Heavier duty materials are available upon request.

 

Coatings / Finishes

 

All products are either galvanized or ecoated and given a powder coat finish.

 

What is E.Coat?

 

E.Coat is the same process as galvanizing and offers the same amount of rust protection and has a 1000 hour salt spray test.

 

Benefits of E.Coat

 

E.Coat has a higher standard of finish i.e metal work stays shinier for much longer and reduces fading.  We then finish with powder coating which offers a longer period of maintenance free.
